For independent liquor stores
Run a liquor store.
Stop running yourself ragged.
BevTek answers every call, trains every new hire, and helps every customer pick the right bottle — built on five years of watching independent liquor stores from the back office.
Try the live call to Grapes & Grains Chamblee — our pilot store. Ask her anything a customer would.

Gabby Receptionist
We've watched this for five years.
Three problems show up in every independent liquor store, almost regardless of size or city. BevTek exists because none of the existing tools solved them.
The phone rings 40 times on a Friday.
Most of those callers walk somewhere else when nobody picks up by the 5th ring. You've watched it happen. You can't be on the floor AND on the phone.
Your best wine guy quits. Again.
It takes months for a new hire to know the shelf well enough to recommend something. Until then, they just point. You lose the up-sell to every customer they help.
Compliance paperwork is a part-time job.
Dram shop training, age verification, state-specific rules. You either let it slide and pray, or you spend Sunday afternoon at the store doing it yourself.
One platform. Three problems solved.
BevTek isn't a toolkit you assemble. It's a single platform for the three pieces of your store that need help the most.
Pillar 1 · Voice
When the phone rings on a Friday at 6 pm, Gabby picks up.
She knows your shelf. She knows your hours. She answers pairing questions, holds bottles for pickup, and texts your team the calls she can't close. Voice-only — no chatbots pretending to be human.
- ✓ Answers by the 2nd ring, every time
- ✓ Reads your live inventory — never invents what you don't have
- ✓ Captures (name, phone, what they want) and texts your team
- ✓ Asks for age verification before discussing products

Compliance, built in
Dram shop. Age verification. State-by-state rules. Documented automatically.
Every state has its own training requirements, and every audit asks for proof. BevTek tracks completion, renews annually, and exports a clean PDF when the inspector shows up.
Dram shop training
ServSafe-style certification baked into the Megan trainer. State-tagged so your staff only sees what applies to them.
Age verification on the phone
Gabby asks for date of birth before discussing specific products. Logs the response in case of dispute.
Manager attestation logs
Every module a staff member completes is timestamped, signed by the manager, and exportable.
Renewal reminders
Annual certifications expire. We email your manager 30 days before each one — no surprise gaps.
Hardware
Use the tablets and phones you already have.
BevTek runs on iPhone, iPad, and Android. No kiosks to install, no proprietary hardware to maintain. The QR codes print on regular paper. Your phone line stays exactly where it is — we route through it.
Want to mount a tablet at the counter as a permanent kiosk? Use the iPad you already have. Want customers to scan with their own phone? Put a QR on the shelf. Same Gabby on both.
POS Integrations
Works with any POS that exposes an API.
Inventory sync, price updates, hold confirmations — all run through your POS's API. Live integrations today with Korona and Lightspeed Retail. New POS additions ship every few weeks based on customer demand.
Not seeing your POS? Email integrations@bevtek.ai with the name and we'll prioritize it.
Pricing
Less than one bad-hire week.
A single missed Friday-evening call costs you $75 in lost sales, on average. BevTek pays for itself in week one.
Charter pricing
Lock these rates for the life of your subscription.
We’re still in our charter cohort — the operators who help us prove the platform get the founding rate forever. Standard pricing will be materially higher once general availability opens. Start your free trial this month and your charter rate is locked for as long as your subscription stays active.

Voice and storefront pages stay ad-free for all customers. Sponsored partner placements (when active) are clearly labeled and drive revenue back to the store.
Questions liquor store owners ask first.
Will Gabby ever pretend to be a human?
No. If a customer asks, she says she's an AI working for the store. She also captures their name + number and texts your team, so the conversation can continue with a person if needed.
What if she recommends a bottle we don't have?
She can't. Gabby is wired to your live inventory. If a bottle isn't in stock, she'll say so plainly and either suggest the closest alternative or take a callback request — never invent availability.
Can she check the customer's age?
Yes. Before discussing specific products, Gabby asks for date of birth and logs the response. Compliance training is built into the staff modules separately.
How long is setup?
Most stores are live within 3-5 business days. The bottleneck is usually phone-number provisioning (we provision a dedicated number on BevTek's network and route it behind your existing line — no third-party accounts on your end) — once that's done, everything else is a CSV upload and a few configuration clicks.
What POS do you work with?
Any POS that exposes an API. Today we have live integrations with Korona and Lightspeed Retail. Others ship every few weeks based on customer demand — just tell us what you use.
Can I cancel?
Any time. No annual contracts. If it's not making you money in the first 30 days, we refund the month.
Try the call. Then decide.
Pick up your phone right now and call Gabby at our pilot store. Ask her anything a customer would. If it doesn't feel like the best employee you've ever had — we wouldn't want you to buy.
