Do I need a new POS to use Margie?
No. Margie works against your existing BevTek inventory plus the customer activity Gabby already tracks (holds, pickups, conversations). If you're on Korona POS, nightly inventory sync is already in place — no additional setup.
How accurate is the revenue number during beta?
Today, revenue is estimated from confirmed customer holds and pickups — a strong purchase signal for stores actively using Gabby. We're shipping direct POS receipt integration next, which will make the figures match your register exactly. Pilot stores will see the upgrade roll out automatically.
Who at my store sees the digest?
The owner only, by default. You can opt in your store manager from /margie/settings once enabled. Staff don't see operational intelligence — they see Megan training and Gabby tools.
What if I'm not happy with the suggestions?
Every digest is a reply away from a real human. Hit reply with what's wrong and we'll tune it. The beta exists for exactly this kind of feedback.
Can I turn it off?
Anytime, from /margie/settings. We don't delete your history — if you turn it back on, you pick up where you left off.
Does Margie work with WhatsApp?
Coming. Today digests go via email; SMS unlocks after our A2P 10DLC carrier registration is approved. WhatsApp is on the roadmap if pilot stores ask for it.
