Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. Sign up with email, set up your store, try every feature your plan includes for 14 days. We don't ask for a card until you actively choose a plan at the end of the trial.
What happens if I outgrow my plan mid-month?
Upgrade anytime from /billing. Stripe pro-rates the difference — you only pay for the days you're on the higher tier this month.
Can I switch back down?
Yes, any time, no penalty. We'll just turn off the features that aren't on your new tier — your data stays exactly where it is in case you upgrade again later.
Does Brandi actually send emails?
Brandi writes the copy and lays out the design. You copy + paste into your existing email tool (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, whatever you use today) and hit send. We picked this approach so you stay in control of your sender reputation and your customer list stays where it already lives.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?
Pro gives you all four employees, but Gabby answers customers on your website only (not via text). Pro Plus adds Gabby's two-way iMessage with customers, plus Margie SMS alerts to your phone for urgent stock-outs, plus unlimited Brandi content. It's $50 more for customer texting + automation.
What's the difference between Pro Plus and Enterprise?
