The Services depend on third-party platforms including Supabase (database + storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI model inference), ElevenLabs (voice + transcription), Twilio (SMS + telephony), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Each of these providers has its own terms, availability commitments, and privacy practices, and may experience outages, errors, or other issues independent of BevTek.

BevTek is not responsible for outages, performance issues, data loss, or other failures that arise from these third- party services. We monitor them and respond to incidents promptly, but cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation.

Content provided through BevTek’s websites, AI assistants, training modules, and support communications does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice.
