WHY LOCAL MATTERS
Customers walk in and say "what's good that's local?" If your staff can rattle off 3-4 local IPAs with conviction, that customer becomes a regular. Local beer is personal — it's community pride, it's the brewery down the road, it's the taproom they visited last weekend. Know your region.
