What does our association actually have to do?
Three things: tell us how to spell your name on the discount code, drop our newsletter copy into your next member email, and give us a bank account to deposit into. That's the whole partnership. We handle billing, support, member onboarding, everything.
Is this an endorsement of BevTek?
Only if you want it to be. The base partnership is a member discount + revenue share — nothing more. If you want to formally endorse the product after kicking the tires, we can do a co-branded press release. We don't push for that on day one.
What if a member cancels?
Your org earns for as long as the member is paying. If they cancel, that month's share is the last from them. Liquor retail churn is unusually low — most BevTek customers stay year over year, so the revenue stream is steady once it's built.
Can we route the money to our 501(c)(6) or PAC?
Yes. Direct deposit goes wherever you tell us. Most associations route it to the same operating account that receives dues. A few route it to a scholarship fund or conference sponsorship line item.
Is there a contract or minimum?
